The principles that make a massage with herbal tampons effective are the same both in Ayurveda and in the ancient European tradition: the warmth of warm oil helps the distension of the contracted muscles and at the same time promotes the release, from the contained medicinal herbs in swabs, of active ingredients useful for relaxation and anti-inflammatory action.
Use: put 3 tablespoons of mixture in the middle of a cotton cloth. Once filled, hold the ends of the cloth and close the swab with the tape by wrapping it several times. Allow the swabs to soften for about a minute in the Rice bran oil. Heat the swabs with steam.
